PHP Web Developer vs. Flash Web Designer - Which One to Choose?

I have been offered to choose one the two fields.

The PHP comes with the following courses:

IMAG 564 Introduction to Web Programming with JavaScript
IMAG 851 PHP Level One - Introduction to PHP
IMAG 852 PHP Level Two - PHP and MySQL
IMAG 853 PHP Level Three - Advanced PHP with XML and Flash

The Flash comes with the following courses:

IMAG 574 ActionScripting with Flash
IMAG 589 Introduction to Flash
IMAG 840 Flash Media - Audio and Video for the Web
IMAG 841 Flash-Site Development

I'm into both. Which one is more demanded and would pay off in the future?
