PHP, Script or HTML that uploads files?

I need a a script or something that will allow me to upload files to the website i host on my computer. So basically what i need is some code that creates a website that i can give to my friend who helps me with my website so he can upload files to my computer so i can host them on my computer. After he would upload it it would be great if he got a link to it so he can go and make the page with the link to the download. The point is to get free file hosting on my computer so that we dont have to spend money.

Just go to http://fileden.com/ and tell him to setup an account on there so he may upload files and you can download them to your computer. File Den is free and very reliable. It's User-Friendly and easy to share files with.

http://www.filefactory.com/ is another choice for you because your friend could send the files to your email address in which you can easily download them to your computer from your email.

Try out both and see which one you like.
