PHP Script for file sharing,?

Hello.

I need a PHP script (open source) for file sharing / management. Something like Rapidshare/etc. but not exactly!

I mean, like it should allow schools to upload assignments, circulars, etc. and STUDENTS/STAFF can go to a particular link (redirected after login), to download the stuff...

Ok, forget about login!
But, a basic script for filesharing...

Xtra Upload is good?

The script should be something like an "Admin Panel"... only 1 user is able to login and upload data...
whereas, others need to login to "download" files...

Please let me know such a script / some similar script that is FREE to use (open source).
