PHP preg_match password that MUST HAVE lower case, uppercase and integers....

...minimum 8 characters? I am using this: preg_match("/^[a-zA-Z0-9]{8,30}$/",$password)

but it matches a password if it only has a-z, or only A-Z, or only 0-9.

It cannot match: abcdefgh
It cannot match: abcdefgh1
But should match: abcdefgh1H or Habc7Jdefgh1
