PHP Pagination HELP!?

This is my exact code that pulls the images from a folder, I've been trying to make that only 16 images show per page before it generates a new one, with no luck. Can anyone help me?
 
PHP Pagination script can help you split large result sets over multiple pages. Functionality to padd custom parameters was added in this new release version.
