[PHP/MySQL] Hi, how can i put my MySQL database into my remote web server?

i work with easyPHP and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX.

I put yet my PHP files into it with the Marcomedia FTP service, but, i dont know how to deal with my database.

I have a databse name in the remote web server and the MySQL server name and password.
