Hey all.
I own a small VPS and my friend wants to run a small shoutcast talk-show. I want to allow him to be able to change certain info such as login password, info, MasterPassword etc... but not other info such as listener limit and stream quality (due to bandwidth reasons)
If there a way in PHP utilising fwrite to edit say line 50 and 5 characters accross?
uhh usually i'd know what to do but this time my mind is blank :S
