PHP code developed on windows will work on Apache server?

Hi all, I going to work on a PHP project. The project supposed to be install on an Apache server on linux. Version controller is GIT and it also installed on that linux server. I am going to use windows as my operating system to do coding and use tortioseGIT as client for GIT. I like to know whether developing on windows and hosting on linux makes any future problems.
