i use iweb. when i uplaod my site via ftp (i use fetch for mac) i get this error

what is wrong? it cant be incorrect code because iweb complies all the code for me. any help is much appreciated. thanks
i forgot to mention that i put all the 3 files iweb gives me into public_home. i belive this is the correct location. people have also told me to remove "<?" but this doesnt work
