Randomly while using both Photoshop and Illustrator, The move tool (small white glove) will be displayed no matter what tool I last
had selected and is the only tool that will operate. No other tool will work when selected from the tool panel.
This makes it very difficult to get any work done as it will not correct itself until I close the program and re-open.
How do I correct this? I am using Windows Vista Business 64 bit.
