So i wanted to take this picture and copy it onto the layer for a project . But my layer is like 915x915 pixels and the picture is bigger than my layer. So i try to ctrl+ a then copy and paste but when the picture pastes onto the layer, it turns out really small. I try to resize it with ctrl+t but it ends up distorting =/. any advice?
