I have a black and white image that has a lot of fine line detail. When I print it out, the white lines close up leaving a muted black mess. I need the image printed to a specific 3x7 size. I've tried to make the image brighter but this isn't helping. Is there a way I can clean up the image without changing the dimensions to print to the desired specs? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
