Hello, I am from Puerto Rico, specifically from a part where people, especially older ones are not very well educated. This people are stealing money from the older generations of people around here.
There are a couple of charlatans around here starting a CULT LIKE MOVEMENT around the virgin Mary. Supposedly a statue that bleeds, cries and all that stuff.
I want to prove my best that these people are charlatans and frauds. I took a picture of a picture these people took that shows the virgin Mary with a glowy effect.

I'm going to take pictures of the statue soon and want to PROVE THEM WRONG. I need someone that knows about Photoshop to help me reproduce this effect with my pictures as close as possible.
