my dad had already bought the program and has used it just fine on his laptop with no problem and when he installed it on mine, when i open up organize it stays open for about 4 seconds and then just crashes. we are not sure what the problem is. oh and i have windows 7
i forgot to mention in the last part but when i installed it the program automaticly uploaded all my photos and videos i had on my computer and i never saw an option for it to not do that. we think it may be one of the videos.
