I am going to buy photoshop elements 8 tonight because of the price, 69.99 after rebate. I noticed the Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 & Premier Elements 8 together in one package for 119.99 What is the differences, this is for home use only. I'm leaning towards the regular elements 8 because of the price. What can you do on each of the programs?
