photoshop elements 7 question?

I am not yet familiar with elements. I work a lot with portrait's and there is a lot fix , like pimples, too much make up, or it needs longer lashes ect

Does anyone know how to do that??/ im so lost :-(

Your healing brush will fix pimples, toning the saturation down in selected areas will help with too much make up and eye lash brushes can be downloaded to fix short lashes.

There are some great tutorials on YouTube.
