Photoshop code stealing virus?

A few months ago my computer got a virus that was so bad we had to restart the whole system, losing everything. They wouldn't even let us use a recovery date.
I've had Adobe CS4 downloaded on my computer for about a year and a half now.
Today, I open photoshop and it says this: http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa136/puppy__queen/photoshopproblem1.jpg

basically, it says that the code for my photoshop has already been activated on two computers, which is the limit, so if i don't deactivate one of them, in 30 days, they will deactivate the one im using.

Well I've never activated my adobe creative suite on any other computer so i clicked that i already deactivated it on my other computers and that i was ready for adobe to validate this computer but it said that it found two other computers actively using it.

I'm confused because we bought ours legit in the box and everything. I've got the installation disc and the code. I didn't get it from a friend or steal someone elses or whatever.

My question is, could the virus that I had before steal the code right off of my computer and then someone used the code which is the other 2 computers? Don't you need the installation disc?

Please help, I'm a Graphic Designer that can't afford to not have Photoshop.
Thanks,
Lisa.
