Here are the suggestions for what you want to do.
ISO 100
f1.4 @ 1/8 sec.
f2 @ 1/4 sec.
f2.8 @ 1/2 sec.
f4 @ 1 sec.
ISO 200
f1.4 @ 1/15 sec.
f2 @ 1/8 sec.
f2.8 @ 1/4 sec.
f4 @ 1/2 sec.
ISO 400
f1.4 @ 1/30 sec.
f2 @ 1/15 sec.
f2.8 @ 1/8 sec.
f4 @ 1/4 sec.
ISO 800
f1.4 @ 1/60 sec.
f2 @ 1/30 sec.
f2.8 @ 1/15 sec.
f4 @ 1/8 sec.
ISO 1600
f1.4 @ 1/125 sec.
f2 @ 1/60 sec.
f2.8 @ 1/30 sec.
f4 @ 1/15 sec.
ISO 3200
f1.4 @ 1/250 sec.
f2 @ 1/125 sec.
f2.8 @ 1/60 sec.
f4 @ 1/30 sec.
As you can easily see the faster the lens the better. A very fast lens like a 50mm f1.4 would be your best choice.
