Photography Service Proposal?

I am trying to write a proposal for a university for me to conduct photography services for the University. Basically, I want to be the official Photographer for the University.

I have searched but can't find anything, Can some one please show me where to get a sample or give me one.

Just remember to have the following points:

1. Introduction (this has to demonstrate that you know what they require, it is more an introduction to them than you)
2. Your recommendations (things you advice to meet their requirements)
3. Why you? (value for money, services others don't offer, benefits etc.)
4. Costing

If they have given you a tender document of any type, make sure you answer every aspect of it. Include images etc.

I hope this helps, I also found the first couple of proposals very difficult to write!
