Okay, so im a dog walker and i just got finished walking my neighbors dog. I took my camera with me and i was taking pictures of her.(the dog). And i had a great idea, ever though its sorta far away... I was gonna frame a picture of there dog and give it to them. But i wanted to edit it online and put a scarf and hat on her,because its cold, but i don't know a website that is FREE to download. If you know please give me the link.
