photography /model question :o?

usually when a model is used by a photographer, does that photographer change the model's name?
assuming the model is used by several different professional photographers?

so lets say
that one guy changes the models name to lisa
and then another guy uses the same model but changes her name?
do they usually use that? or do they use her real name?
