I'm kind of a budding photographer and I snap photos left and right of people or things that interest me and are tasteful in respect to art. More specifically I tend to take shots of people I don't know and have never talked to < but not in a creepy way >
So my question is...if I ever wanted to post my photos or by some luck have them published, would I have to consult the people in my photos before they are spread, and do they have any rights to my photos if they are in them??
