I have recently been asked by a local volley ball team to do their teams photo shoot. They don't want indoor photos, especially not done in a gym. Where I live is snowy around this time of year, and I was thinking of doing their group photo shoot outdoors. They've agreed to this, but I have no idea what positions and poses I could get them to do?
I would LOVE any opinions, ideas or help, photographer, aspiring or not at all.

NOT talking about Yearbook photos. The team wants outside of school photos done because they're a close team. These photos don't need to be specifically volleyball related.
These are NOT typical volleyball shots. It's just a volleyball team, as I said, they don't need to be volleyball related. It'd be nice, but they don't have to be.
I live in a very rural area, with no volley ball nets outdoors. They specifically asked for them outside in the snow.
