Photography featured in gallery.....frame question..same type of frame for all pics?

I have a bunch of different photos that will be featured in a gallery show along with other artists. However my question is that I am kind of rustling up different frames for different size pictures and each one on its own looks good. But i am wondering if typically an artist uses the same kind of framing and picture size on all the pictures. I will probably have 7-11 pictures.
thanks if you know

Generally, I try to keep as much similarity as possible, especially for a gallery showing.

I do my best to make sure the pieces are mounted on the same kind and general shade of mounting board - I usually go white for the classic feel of it and stay away from any strong color aside from black. Size of the photos may be a little more variable, depending on what works for the piece.

When it comes to frames, I'm a VERY big fan of the "Less is More" concept. My thoughts are that I want my images to be the focal point, and I don't like making the image fight it out with the frame and mounting board.

If you get the chance, go to some art museums before the gallery showing - see how the museum is showing their pieces.
