Hey everyone. I'm hoping you can help me here... I use a Nikon D40/D90 and I want to get a shot of the ocean in low shutter speed (which creates the silk affect water), but the exposure it waaaay over exposed! The picture is white, that's how over exposed it is. The f number always says "HI" when I have the shutter speed down to about 10.. but if I have the shutter speed any higher (10 +) it's not slow enough, but I don't get the over exposure.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.. can anyone help me get a normal exposed photo with a low shutter speed?
