Photographer business cards (word 2007)?

I plan on making a business card using word 2007, if possible. I see many templates for business cards, but I'm not sure which layout to use. I know my e. mail and phone number, occupation, and name are a need-be. But should my address go on there as well? Do I need to copywrite or have some type of permission to make the business card? Would it be good if I put one of my own photographs (not of myself) on the business card?

I was thinking maybe having one side of the card be an image, and on the back the info? Or the picture just next say...on the right of the text.

What does everyone think?
