Photofiltre studio?

okay i want to do something like make the whole picture black and white and have only one color stand out,but i don't know how.

ahh i have photo filtree!!

i know how to do it, but it's hard to do.
you have to use the select tool then click polygon.

w/e just lemme know if you want me to do it. :)
