Photo Radar Ticket...?

The other day, I was driving my friend's car on the freeway when (I think) I was snapped by a photo radar camera. The car is registered in her parents' name, so i'm assuming if the ticket is actually processed and sent out (I hear they throw out a majority of them) it will be sent to her parents. Is there any way I can beat this ticket considering it will be sent to her dad and not me, since i was the one photographed. Keep in mind I live in Arizona, so all of the Arizona laws apply.
I guess what I want to know, is if they send in a copy of their license and prove that it was not them driving, can they just have the ticket dismissed? Basically, I'm not trying to lay the consequences on the parents, I WILL pay it if the ticket comes, but I just want to know if there is any way that both her parents and I can get out of this ticket.

Also, I WAS authorized by the parents of my friend to drive the car... if anyone is wondering.

I expect that the car's owner will get the ticket and will be held responsible for it. The right thing to do would be to tell them it might be coming and offer to pay.
