photo question?

ok my friend kows this site when you add the phot , the back is white and then the title and the phrase below is white , i forget the name of the website...its been bothering me for a while now , like you add the photo you want to put , then you add a title to the photo and then a phrase below , the background is black then your selected in the black background

please help me thank you!
