So I've been fascinated for a while with the different things people can make with computer programs, especially how they can change photographs into something completely awesome by adding effects and whatnot. What kind of program would I be looking to get, and where would I get it? My husband has Adobe Photoshop 3, but I haven't used it and know nothing about it...Is this what I'm looking for, or something different?
