I was on the right turn lane at one of these intersections. They had no sign of "no right turn on red" ..the light was red, i stopped about half a foot past the line, and made a complete stop, noticed the camera flash twice, decided to stay stopped till the light turned green w/my turn signal on, then turned right. Will I get a ticket for having stopped just a lil bit past the line?
