photo booth effects are not working.?

i am using a macbook OS 10.5 leopard.

and then i just downloaded the extra photo booth effects (filmstock, sharpen,etcetc) and then everytime i click on the page with the new photo booth effects, it says "The application Photo Booth quit unexpectedly. The problem may have been caused by the QCFreeTVPlugin plug-in.

Mac OS X and other applications are not affected.
Click Relaunch to launch the application again. Click Report to see more details or send a report to Apple."

and then I tried relaunching photo booth and this thingy pops up again.
