phones similar to nokia n79?

Could anyone tell me any phones which is similar to the nokia n79? Generally coz its a bit pricey ($300+ AUS). It must have wifi, bluetooth, not a big/fat phone, at least 3.2mb camera, high talk and standby time, good looks, fast processor, no flip phones AND LESS THAN 300 AUS DOLLARS.
