A couple weeks ago, my motorola droid broke. the screen was black, and for all i knew the phone wasnt turning on. i brought it into the verizon store, they thought it was a software problem, and gave me a new one. about a week after, the new phone did the exact same thing. so i brought it in, and they gave me another new droid. now, today, the same thing happened for the third time. i have no clue why these phones dont work, but i had a couple of thoughts:
-could it be the memory card, or the data thats on the card that causes the software to break the screen?
-could it be a physical problem... maybe the battery or charger is faulty, and breaking the phone?
any other ideas?!
also, if you its just a series of fault phones, would verizon give me a different phone model, not at full price, if i demanded one? its become a serious problem at this point.
