phone with best camera quality / function?

Before you guys list those 5+ megapixel cameras, i'm talking about affordable ones . I guess in my price range a 2 megapixel camera would be my budget. Any recommendations for a good camera phone?
 
The best 2mp camera phone for Rogers is the Sony Ericsson W810i...excellent phone if you can afford it.
