Phone stuck at startup (T-Mobile G1) Screen

ok so your phone does boot up or start up?

try holding volume down and power

It should give the G1 slash when attepting to enter recovery mode.
Hold Home > Press and relase Power > wait for vibrate > release home > wait for recovery screen.
That is the proper method. If ti doesnt work, most likely bricked.

sorry but the proper method is to keep home+power held until it boots into recovery, if you let go of home before that you MIGHT not go into recovery

]i was having the some problem after i flashed the new recovery image, so i flashed it again and it was all beter

put this recovery image on the root of your sd then follow these instructions

this just happened to me while trying t o partition my sdcard.. right now im lading the cianogen rom again to see if it fixes it... i dont know what does the sdcard has to do with phone mem.
