Ever since a few days ago when ever some1 calls me or i try to listen to my voice mail i dont hear anything and the volume is all the way up. And this is my new phone i got 2 weeks ago. And when i try to call my voice mail it says.
"Please enter your password?" and i type it in then i goes silent and no noise or voice mail same with calling but they said to me they could hear me but i couldnt hear them. Help please
