PHONE/PDA W/ B-TOOTH 4 AUDIO & PHONE?

I Need A Phone/pda That Has The Capability Of Listening To Audio Via Bluetooth, And Switching From Audio To Phone When The Phone Rings, Pick Up The Call, Talk, Then When The Call Is Done, Transfer Back To Audio. The Cingular 8125 And The Ipaq Hw6515 Don't Have This Capability. Needs To Sync With Outlook, Too. Does Anyone Know What Pda Phones Will Do This??
 
Do you know where I would go on Cingular.com to find out if I need an updated ROM and where to download it? I've talked to at least 3 Cingular and HTC techs and all of them have told me this phone is not capable of accessing audio with a bluetooth headset, never mind switching back and forth between Phone and audio. I know there is a work-around with MS Voice Command (I've listened to Audible books with it) but it messes up using Voice Command for dialing phone numbers, or it has for me. I'd like to find a phone that doesn't NEED a work-around do to this. Please let me know what you know about the ROM for the 8125, I'd sure appreciate it.

I'm considering the Palm Treo 650 but the camera is really lousy.
