Phone help: Which one to get?

My family currently has AT&T. We are most likely sticking with them, in which case I'll get the iPhone 3GS. But $35 a month for internet is a lot of babysitting to do, so I'm not sure if it's worth it...is it?

If we do happen to switch to Verizon, I'd probably go with the EnV Touch or EnV2. (I don't like the EnV3.)
