Phone Headset (Nokia N95)?

In the box, there should have been a Nokia branded 3.5mm remote piece as well as a pair of Nokia headphones. That remote piece allows you to control your music, change the volume, etc.

If you don't have them, the part numbers are HS-45 (headphones) and AD-43 (audio adapter).
 
I have Nokia N95 and with my headset a can't control the phone example to change tho song help my please.
