Phone going "off"

Hey, I don't realy understand what's hapenning but I think I may have a deffective battery, my cellphone is turning off after 5 to 10 minute of use, like if the battery was empty, or whatever. However, I've did the full 12hrs charge before using it.
Anyone could help me?

Call your service provider and tell them what is going on. How long have you had the phone?
