phone contacts to sim contacts in nokia e71?

i busted my lcd's phone, so i am using it like a blind person. anybody there who can tell me how to copy my phone's contact to sim contacts so if i use my sim to other phone, i can access my contacts. its a little tricky, hope someone out there can patiently type like middle button, 3 up button, middle, 4 downs... something like that.. thanks everybody
