my laptop (dell studio 1535 with vista) has the capabilities, and so does my phone (lg cu920, it's a vu) but when i search for devices with my phone it doesn't discover my computer (WLAN is on, btw) and when i try the wizard for adding a device in the bluetooth section of the control panel, a window comes up that says "choose a device to add" but there's nothing there. no refreshing, no power on/off, no "search for devices" is working! also, for some reason, when i click "bluetooth settings" absolutely nothing happens. it doesn't stay depressed, it doesn't refresh, open anything.
i'm so confused and i think this is simple, but something's going wrong! any help appreciated, thanks!
