I need some phone advice i am thinking about getting the new IPhone 3GS to replace my current phone almost dead ipod. My question is should i buy the new IPhone and use it as a phone and music player?? Or buy an Itouch and a separate phone like a black berry. Would love any insight on this problem...

My Concerns
-Battery Life of using the IPhone as a phone and media player.
-Texting on an IPhone without a physical keyboard.
-The limitless amount of applications on the IPhone.
-Having one device do it all.
 
Yes get the new iphone3gs it will save you room by having your cell phone and music and internet all in one, instead of carrying around both a cell and a ipod. The battery life is better than the iphone 3g 30hr vs 24 hrs. plus video recording and youtube.
 
You should definitely buy the Iphone and use it for both a cell phone and an ipod. It's less things to carry around and I find it just easier to use than having both.
 
I would say that if I was in your case I would buy the iphone just so I don't have to carry around more stuff then I have too.

just a side note. I was reading something the other day that said how to use wifi in the itouch to make calls using wifi.
