philips tv change hotel mode?

Hello i work in a hotel and they gave away the old tvs, as replaced with new ones. I got a philips 30hf9975/12Z but it is stuck in hotel mode, i have a guest remote but cannot get into the menu, any help how to make it work at home.
Urgent please...

Did a quick search and found these as possible solutions...


Turn to channel 38, and hold channel+ and volume- for 3 seconds

...or...

Turn to channel 38, then press "CONTROL +" & "STORE" keys simultaneously.
