About a month ago I bought the Philips Satinperfect HP6576/10 epilator. So far I've used it about ten times, on my legs, bikini line and underarms (the epilating head, not the shaving head). The last time I used it, I noticed that two of the ceramic tweezers on the side of the head do not make contact.Does that affect the rest of the tweezers and make them less effective? It would be really difficult for me to get the head replaced.
And another thing. Are you satisfied with the epilator? The first time I used it I thought it was really great (although it didn't get all of the hairs) but after that I noticed that instead of pulling the hairs from the root, it was actually breaking them. I've been using it on speed II as recommended.
