philips plasma tv power problems?

Philips plasma tv model 42PF7220/37 clicks when turning on then red light blinks 7 times...all the capacitors seem ok...I do have a multimeter and some other electronics tools..any help would be super...thanks for listening, Sincerely, Brian PS, my email is [email protected]
