I have a 32" smart series tv. One of the old ones from 1999. My problem with the tv is that it cuts the picture off by about 1/2 inch on the top and bottom of the screen. Meaning the picture is too big for the screen. Is there anyway I can calibrate the screen so the picture fits the screen? Even if some one could provide a user manual for it, that would be great. I've searched all over google for one, and can't find one.
