Philips lumea ipl removal system - any good?What would you like to ask?

I was thinking of purchasing one of these bit they are a littly costly at 400 .00 so would like to ask if anyone has used one of these laser machines if so would u recommend - also i purchased a rio machine and it was rubbish so dont want to waste my money on another useless gadget.
