I recently purchased the Philips HTS3051B/F7 Blu-ray Home Theater System and I was wondering if it would be possible for me to hook up an hdmi switcher to the back of the blue ray player to give me more ports so I could run my xbox 360 and my pc through it for my surround sound setup to avoid purchasing another receiver, or being forced to return the entire thing all together. Thank you for any and all input on my question.
The system does not come with an optical input/output so I'm currently using the simulated surround sound option. Would it be possible for me to purchase a coaxial digital to optical converter so I can plug the xbox directly into the receiver? Thanks again! Also, with my current setup I am able to receive sound but I am getting no picture, can someone please help me?
